Cancers Rollercoaster Mind

Nothing can prepare you for the heights and depths your mind takes after being diagnosed with cancer.
I’m not sure I recognise myself anymore. I know I’m not mentally where I thought I would be after five months and yet here we are.
They say that progress never comes easy. Loss of physicality, perception, and repeated internal mea culpas bend and shape you into a new existence where the only valued commodity is TIME.
Nothing else matters. At all.
Time must be spent wisely, with each moment accounted for. Each step a contribution to a goal, a ‘to-do’ list, or a memory created in a split second. My album release last week pivotal; a new release of energy to do good in the world.
Seeing the bourgeois fascination with excess appeals to a low vibrational state, where discernment cannot be made between tangible and memorable; truth is, this borders between sad and indifference.
My pliancy to ebb with this new direction; those who promised nothing but false hope now fallen aside, with genuine angels appearing to fill my heart with hope. While the circle evolves, it also grows stronger and with it brings comfort.
The energy transition stage stings; adjustments and realignment necessary to develop. Disconnecting the mind from what was imagined into what becomes reality is rewarding.
I have accepted that we live in a social media controlled world driven by those with a five minute focus cycle, and I now see it’s easier for most to be helplessly mesmerised than be aware and in focused control.
I’ve had to let go of a lot in this process. This journey has been revealing with each unraveled layer starkly different. I’m taking time to move into this next phase where my voice is transcendental and where I am at one with that.
Between there and now, I’ll be using time to my advantage. I don’t have much of it. Neither do you. Don’t waste it on the mundane and unoriginal. Make your time matter.
Until then, the cycle of life continues. Like a scarf in the wind.
