Owning your Space and Removing Energy Vampires

I came across this video several years ago and its message really hit home for me as I came to a point in my life where it seemed I was continually surrounded by negative and narcissistic people, yet it felt like there was nothing I could do about it.

Until I saw this video and realised I had the power all along.

Such an awesome life lesson to learn and its made things so much easier for me when choosing to disconnect from those beings who's energy will only cause negativity.
